# 4.1 Issuance and distribution of Meta Tokens

### In order to support on-chain governance

MetaFX will issue a governance token called MTC. The total amount of MTC is constant, the total amount is 1 billion, will never be issued, and will be gradually destroyed

Distribution rules: Liquidity mining and transaction mining: 70% is used for liquidity mining (including cross-chain mining) and transaction mining

LP contract: 4% is used for LP liquidity

Community incentives: 5% is used for community startup and incentives

Development team: 13% of the development cost of the technical team

Marketing and brand building: 5% is used for marketing and brand promotion

Early investors: 3% for early institutions, community presales, IDO financing, etc
